In this workshop, you will learn about Japanese calligraphy tool, Japanese calligraphy brush work and we will also touch little bit about history of Japanese language development!

Then we will make your own simple Japanese calligraphy work with using Japanese calligraphy paper called “Hanshi” alternatively you will be also able to purchase hard paper called “Shikishi” for GBP5.00.

Naoko will also talk about Japanese characters and culture.
