About the Tutor
Katja is a German and Spanish native speaker, and she is also perfectly fluent in English and French. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art & French Language and Translation from The University of Glasgow, combined with an Erasmus degree from the Université Paris-Sorbonne IV. Her academic career and her PhD at The University of Edinburgh have equipped her with thorough training in teaching languages.
Throughout her life, she has alternatively lived in Chile, Colombia, the British Overseas Territories, France, Spain, the United Kingdom and the British Crown Dependencies. This unique multicultural background makes her a passionate teacher with a firm commitment to transmit her cultural knowledge through the power of language.
